Standard Free Delivery

Cards will be sent via Royal Mail using a Second Class franked service which usually arrives in 3-4 working days. 

Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail using a 48 hour tracked service. You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. 

Express Delivery £4.99

Cards & Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail using a 24 Hour tracked service franked service which usually arrives in 1-2 working days. You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday will be sent out the same day.

Orders placed at the weekend, bank holidays or after 1pm weekdays will be sent out the next working day.

For products that take a little longer for us to hand make the delivery time is from the moment the product is complete. This also applies to products that require a customer photo upload, we can only start to make your product once the photo has been received. 

Please be aware that there may be delays with Royal Mail deliveries during busy periods throughout the year and due to potential industrial action. Please double check the delivery address on your orders as this cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.
